To ensure we can fairly assist all applicants, please do not visit the college in person or contact us by telephone during this period. All correspondence must be made via your enrolment portal or email (admissions@kedst.ac.uk). We aim to respond to all queries within two working days.
We have a dedicated team of staff consistently monitoring all incoming messages to ensure your enquiry is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How to Complete Your Enrolment
1️⃣ Check Your Email

On Wednesday 19 August, we will email you a personalised enrolment link. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders.
2️⃣ Upload Your GCSE Results

Use the provided link to log in to the Enrolment Portal and upload your GCSE results and all results slip(s). The team validate all results and check against examination board records.

This must be done by 3 PM on Friday 21 August.
3️⃣ Course Approval & Finalisation

Once submitted, our team will review your course selections.

If approved, you’ll receive an email confirming this and instructions to proceed to the next step.
4️⃣ Induction Invitation

If successfully enrolled, you will receive an Induction Session invitation by Friday 28 August.

Your induction will take place on either Tuesday 1st, Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd or Friday 4th September, so please make sure you are available from this week as we are unable to change your session date/time.
5️⃣ Start of Teaching

Your full timetable will be available during Induction.

Lessons officially begin on Monday 7 September.
Induction Information
If your enrolment is successful, you’ll be invited to an Induction Session. Induction Sessions will take place on Tuesday 1st, Wednesday 2nd, Thursday 3rd or Friday 4th September. You will only be invited to attend on one of these dates and your allocated session cannot be changed.

I haven’t received my enrolment email. What should I do?
Check your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find it, email admissions@kedst.ac.uk for assistance.
Can I complete my enrolment in person?
No. All enrolment is completed online via the Enrolment Portal.
What if I have issues uploading my results?
Ensure your files are in PDF or JPEG format. If you continue to have trouble, email us for support, admissions@kedst.ac.uk.
Can I visit the college or call for enrolment queries?
No. All communication must be via email (admissions@kedst.ac.uk) or your enrolment portal, and we aim to respond within two working days.
Is it too late to apply?
If you would like to make a late application, you can do so via the website. All applications must be submitted via our online application portal by Friday 25 September. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any applications after this deadline. The enrolment period is an extremely busy time, and we will review all submitted applications as quickly as possible. Please bear with us.
