Latest information and guidance about COVID-19 - Last update: 1 July 2021 1.30pm

8:45am on 12th August 2021

On Monday 9 August, we will send new students an email (to the address used on application) with a link to a secure web portal where new students must upload their results. We ask that results are uploaded as soon as possible after collected/received.

New students should use the web portal for all entry related queries. Queries will be answered by one of our dedicated team either by email or telephone.

Message to new students:

On holiday?

If you can’t upload your results in the days immediately after results day, please contact us to let us know before you go away by emailing

Worried you don’t have the grades?
Don’t panic! If you have at least six grade 5s your place at King Ed’s is secure; however, you still need to meet the individual subject entry requirements.

If you think you have missed that target, please use the messaging facility on the portal (the link we send you on the 9 August) as soon as possible.

The messaging facility will be open to submit any questions until Friday 27 August. We will then find the right person to talk to you. Please include your name, contact telephone number and the nature of your query.

All other issues can be sorted out during your Induction Day. Please ensure that you still enter your grades on the online form as this will speed up the process.

Decided to study elsewhere?
Please let us know as soon as you can so that we can release your place to a student on our waiting list.

Want to change one of your subjects?
You can request a change through the portal and a member of our specialist team will discuss this with you.
