All year 12 students are encouraged to take part in enrichment activities outside of the classroom; there really is something for everyone, from staff led groups which support the curriculum, such as the Bar Mock Trials – to student-led groups with interests as diverse as Medical Ethics or Origami.
If you have a specific career in mind you can also sign up to a progression pathway which offers you the best preparation and tailored support in helping you to prepare for your chosen career path. Our dedicated team can also help you to arrange a work experience placement.
There is also an opportunity for you to complete your Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award. In addition to a huge range of recreational activities, we offer enrichment groups which lead to a qualification such as the Certificate in Financial Studies Level 3 (CeFs), and groups which help you prepare for university such as the BMAT Medical and LNAT Law university entrance exams.
