On Monday 22 August, new students were emailed (to the address used on application) a link to a secure web portal where they must upload their results on the day. We ask that results are uploaded as soon as possible after collected/received. We cannot confirm your place until this is done.
New students should use the web portal for all entry related queries – please do not phone or visit the college in person. Queries will be answered by one of our dedicated team either by email or telephone. The messaging facility will be open to submit any questions or requests for course changes until Wednesday 31 August. It will still be possible to use the facility after this date but we may not respond before induction. Please include your name, contact telephone number and the nature of your query.
On holiday?
If you can’t upload your results in the days immediately after results day, please contact us to let us know before you go away by emailing admissions@kedst.ac.uk
Worried you don’t have the grades?
Don’t panic! If you have at least six grade 5s your place at King Ed’s is secure; however, you still need to meet the individual subject entry requirements.
If you think you have missed that target, please use the messaging facility on the portal (the link we sent you on the 22 August) as soon as possible.
All other issues can be sorted out during your Induction Day. Please ensure that you still enter your grades on the online form as this will speed up the process.
Decided to study elsewhere?
Please let us know as soon as you can so that we can release your place to a student on our waiting list.
Want to change one of your subjects?
You can request a change through the portal and a member of our specialist team will discuss this with you.
Late applications
If you are still interested in joining us, we may well have some vacancies after GCSE results day.
Please email admissions@kedst.ac.uk with your name, a photo of your GCSE results slip and the subjects you wish to study. We can then check if we have any vacancies.
We will be sticking to our entry requirements rigidly again this year and so before choosing courses and after getting your results, you should look carefully to see that you have met the entry requirements for any subjects you might be interested in.
If you would like a printed copy of the prospectus, please request one using the form and we will post one out to you.
If you would like to arrange a tour of the campus, please complete the form below.
