Daytona is thrilled to announce our student, Antony, as their Driver of the Month for March 2025! Antony’s journey in karting is a testament to his dedication, skill, and passion for motorsport.
Antony was introduced to karting by his father at the age of six. Starting at Ace Karting in Walsall and later moving to TeamSport Birmingham, Antony’s early years were marked by steady progression and an unwavering passion for the sport. His transition to outdoor karting at Daytona was challenging, but it set the stage for his rise in the competitive karting world.
Antony quickly graduated from the SODI World Series into the DMAX-GT SuperChamps at Daytona Tamworth and competed in his first international race in Poland’s Karting World Championship series. His aggressive technique and mental fortitude have earned him four National Finalist titles. Inspired by Robert Kubica, Poland’s only F1 driver, Antony’s driving style is characterized by skill and precision. His calm and collected demeanor on race day, coupled with his technical approach to analyzing opponents, has made him a formidable competitor.
In the DMAX National Championships, Antony faced a high calibre of drivers, including previous championship winners and professional drivers. Despite a challenging start, Antony’s perseverance and strategic driving led him to a strong finish.
