Our main form of communication with parents is by email. If you have any questions or queries concerning college life or about your child, please email us via the email provided to us on registration; this is to safeguard your child’s personal information. If you need to update any of your contact details, your child must do this via their student portal.
Contact Details
It is important that we have the most up to date and correct contact details for both students and parents/guardians on our records. This includes parent/guardian phone numbers and email addresses. If you need to make an amendment or update us, the student (not the parent/guardian) must email do this via their student portal or inform your child’s personal tutor.
Importance of checking our college website calendar
Our college calendar is available on the left hand menu on this page. The calendar will show upcoming events and other important dates throughout the year. Although we try to avoid changes, we do sometimes need to make them, so please check the calendar on a regular basis.
Newsletters
All parents/guardians are emailed a college newsletter on a monthly basis. This is the primary method used for updating our college community of key information, news and important dates during the academic year. Key topics you can expect to be included throughout the year are academic reporting dates, consultation evenings, exam periods and guidance, careers guidance and events, and college celebration events.
Each newsletter will be filled with valuable information and not reading it could cause you to miss something vital for your continued success at college!
