KE Pathways
Our KE Pathways offer tailored support and guidance and access to a range of opportunities that will better prepare students for one of these chosen fields.
By signing up to a Pathway, students will receive tailored, more specific support and information to help better understand and access these careers areas. As well as trips, employer and university talks and engagement activities, students will also gain access to opportunities for a host of university taster days, work experience and progression programmes.
KE Pathways include…
- Banking, Accounting and Finance (BAF)
- Creative, Media and Performing Arts
- Law & Public Services
- Medical & Healthcare Professions (inc Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy etc)
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) inc Environmental / Green Careers
- Teaching (Primary and Secondary)
- Alternatives to University Pathway, aimed at supporting students who wish to explore progression routes other than university such as Apprenticeships & Employment.

ENRICHMENT AND ASPIRE
At KE all students are encouraged to engage in an Enrichment alongside their A level study – Pathways can form part of a student’s enrichment programme.
In addition to our KE Pathways, we also have an Aspire programme for high fliers and early entry students.
The Aspire programme aims to supports extremely able and ambitious students in reaching their goals, through a range of activities and opportunities designed to challenge, inspire and guide.
