Latest information and guidance about COVID-19 - Last update: 1 September 2021 2.00pm

We are extremely proud of the hard work and commitment of our teachers and students, in the context of a global pandemic. Our teachers met the demands of an ever-changing landscape to deliver a full and diverse curriculum in adverse circumstances.  We are so incredibly proud of our students and all they have achieved during their time at King Edward VI College.

King Edward VI College has the largest cohort of A-level students in the area; with 1053 students receiving results.  We are delighted that 179 students from this large cohort achieved A*/A grades in 3 subjects or more.  Principal Remley Mann said, ‘We are proud of the achievements of our students who faced the challenges of finishing their A-levels during a global pandemic.  I commend the tremendous diligence, scholarship and tenacity of our students and the hard work, expertise and dedication of our teachers.  We are proud that our students are now ready for their next steps and we wish them every happiness and continued success'.
